For cold rooms we present two main models:

✔️ ALUPLAST model shelf in aluminum and plastic (polypropylene)

✔️ ESTRO INOX model shelf in stainless steel

These shelving models have been designed to maximize space and withstand the most extreme conditions, whilst ensuring the safety and hygiene needed in any food storage environment.
Both models are designed with an eye to ergonomics, to facilitate handling and arranging the food inside the cold room.

✔️ Compliant with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards
They clearly comply with HACCP standards and therefore can be used to preserve food products.

✅ ALUPLAST SHELF IN ALUMINUM AND PLASTIC
The ALUPLAST shelf is a type of light and resistant shelf made of aluminum and plastic, which has different qualities that make it suitable for installation in cold rooms.

Here are some of its features:

✔ RESISTANCE TO LOW TEMPERATURES: an ALUPLAST shelf by Brescancin is designed to resist the low temperatures typical of cold rooms. This type of shelf can withstand temperatures down to -40°C.

✔ CORROSION RESISTANCE: The shelf is made of aluminum and plastic, materials that will not rust or corrode in cold and humid environments, maintaining their strength and durability over time.

✔️ A special joint that eliminates double uprights
The special ALUPLAST joint is a type of interlocking connector that allows you to eliminate double uprights in the case of corner shelves. Instead of using two right-angle posts to support shelves, the special joint allows only one post to be used, thus reducing cost and increasing flexibility in shelf design.

✔️ Excellent load capacity
This shelf model was also designed with attention to load capacity, food products weigh a lot: meat, tin boxes, drums, etc., and for this reason the entire load-bearing structure, especially the part of the shelves, is made up by a reinforced profile that allows you to load 150 kg per shelf.

✅ ESTRO STAINLESS STEEL SHELF: ALL IN STAINLESS STEEL (AISI 304)
The INOX ESTRO shelf is an excellent product of design and functionality, designed for those who require maximum resistance and hygiene in their cold rooms.

✅ BRIEF NOTE ON THE TYPE OF STEEL USED FOR INOX ESTRO
AISI 304 steel is one of the most commonly used types of stainless steel and refers to the American AISI standard (AMERICAN IRON AND STEEL INSTITUTE).

It is also known as 18/8 stainless steel, which indicates its chemical composition of approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel.

This type of steel is very resistant to corrosion and rust, and is used in a wide range of applications, from the food industry to the chemical industry, from construction to automotive.
